These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through All Time Customs via our Etsy shop. All purchases, payments, and order fulfillment are processed through Etsy and are subject to Etsy’s platform policies in addition to the policies outlined below. 

All items sold by All Time Customs are custom, made-to-order products produced using print-on-demand services.

• Production begins after an order is placed and payment is confirmed on partner selling platform. 
• Production times vary by product and are estimated by our fulfillment partner(s). 
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to the customer once production is complete.
   

Because all items are customized and made specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Manufacturing defects include:

• Printing errors 
• Damage during production 
• Items that differ from the approved customization

How to report an issue:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery 
• Include: 
  • Order number 
  • Clear photos of the issue 
• Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost
   

• Orders may be canceled only before production begins. 
• Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified. 
• Customization details are locked once production starts. 

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

• Shipping times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partner and carriers. 
• Total delivery time includes production time + shipping time. 
• Delivery times may vary based on: 
  • Product type 
  • Destination 
  • Carrier delays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details are correct, including: 
  • Names 
  • Spelling 
  • Dates 
  • Team or school names 
• We print exactly what is submitted with the order. 
• Proofs are not provided unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
